Carlo (Fabio De Luigi) hauls the old camper out of storage and loads the family inside, bound for Stockholm and Christmas together. His wife Giulia (Valentina Lodovini) has a promotion interview there on December 24, and he has been the one home with the kids since she went back to work. Alessandro Genovesi sends them north with a self-styled Santa Claus (Diego Abatantuono) in the way, while Carlo and Giulia work out who does what in a marriage.
