When Night Is Falling

“A visual treat on lust.”

At a Protestant college, Camille Baker (Pascale Bussières) teaches, lives with Martin (Henry Czerny), a respected minister and fellow professor, and has built a careful, conservative life around both. Then she meets Petra Soft (Rachael Crawford), a bold performer in a circus troupe, and Camille is drawn to her without being able to say why. Patricia Rozema follows Camille as she goes after Petra, a woman who has never once let herself want anyone this much.
