When the Raven Flies

Gest (Jakob Þór Einarsson) was a boy when raiders came to Ireland for silver and slaves and killed the men and women around him, yet a Viking took pity and spared him. Twenty years later he returns to Viking Age Iceland, intent on revenge against Thord (Helgi Skúlason). Hrafn Gunnlaugsson sets the hunt in the open Icelandic country, and the film settles on what binds Gest to the man who let him live.
