Where Now Are the Dreams of Youth?

Tetsuo Horino (Ureo Egawa) has just taken over his late father's business, and the first thing he wants to do with it is look after his college friends, finding jobs for three of them. He bends the rules to make it happen, and Yasujirō Ozu follows the group through this early silent comedy. Friends who once shared the same dreams now have to sit across a desk from each other, with a boss on one side and an employee on the other.
