Where the Day Takes You

“No parents. No rules.”

A group of teenage runaways in Los Angeles keeps itself together under King, who has been on the streets long enough to look after the younger ones, like the hustler Little J (Balthazar Getty) and the junkie Greg (Sean Astin). Marc Rocco puts them in Hollywood alleys and cheap rooms, where there is always another night to get through. Then Heather (Lara Flynn Boyle) arrives from Chicago, and the one thing holding these kids up is their loyalty to each other.
