While You Were Sleeping

“A story about love at second sight.”

Lucy Eleanor Moderatz (Sandra Bullock), a Chicago Transit Authority token collector, pulls a mugged commuter named Peter (Peter Gallagher) off the tracks and rides with him to the hospital. His family takes her for his fiancée, and with Peter in a coma, she lets them believe it. Jon Turteltaub puts her at the Callaghans' table, where she is welcome and loved, and one question away from losing all of it.
