White Christmas

(1954)Directed by Michael Curtiz120 minComedy, Music, Romance
“THE MOST FABULOUS MUSIC-AND-MIRTH SHOW IN MOTION PICTURE HISTORY!”

Bob Wallace (Bing Crosby) wants to keep the act going, and his partner Phil Davis (Danny Kaye) wants to see him settled with someone. The two song-and-dance men come out of the war and into show business, then fall for the Haynes sisters, Betty (Rosemary Clooney) and Judy (Vera-Ellen), who sing and dance as a pair. Michael Curtiz shoots it in Technicolor, and the film keeps coming back to how a few people can make a stranger's holiday feel like home.
