White Nights

“Two men. Not soldiers. Not heroes. Just dancers. Willing to risk their lives for freedom-and each other.”

In 1985, a passenger plane goes down in Siberia, and the Soviet Union takes charge of the survivors. One of them is Nikolai Rodchenko (Mikhail Baryshnikov), a Russian dancer who defected years ago. Taylor Hackford places him in Leningrad under KGB watch, where Raymond Greenwood (Gregory Hines), an American expatriate, becomes his only possible ally, and Nikolai has to decide whom he can trust.
