White Wedding

François Hainaut (Bruno Cremer) teaches philosophy and goes home each evening to his wife Catherine (Ludmila Mikaël). Among his students is Mathilde Tessier (Vanessa Paradis), a bright, troubled girl who lives alone and keeps her distance from the others. Jean-Claude Brisseau follows the affair that grows between them, and François keeps giving himself to it, though it is plainly costing him more than he can pay.
