Who Are You, Polly Maggoo?

“She’s a total star!”

A television crew is trailing Polly Maggoo (Dorothy McGowan), a fashion model whose face is on every magazine, and nobody can quite say who she is. Jean-Jacques Georges (Philippe Noiret) films her for a program while she describes the prince charming she dreams of marrying, and a crowd of men keeps closing in on her. William Klein, a photographer first, frames her against theatrical sets, a model in the middle of every shot.
