Who Can Kill a Child?

“Suddenly… They were the only adults left alive on the island”

Tom (Lewis Fiander) and his wife Evelyn (Prunella Ransome) take a boat to the island of Almanzora, off the Spanish Mediterranean coast, and find a fishing village with no adults in it. Only children are there, staring at the two tourists and smiling. Chicho Ibáñez Serrador puts the couple in the bleached light of a village with no grown person to ask, and Tom and Evelyn walk the empty streets, looking for someone who will speak.
