Who Dares Wins

“The 60 second war begins now!”

Captain Peter Skellen (Lewis Collins) is thrown out of the SAS for gross misconduct, accused of needless violence and bullying his own men. Within days a fanatical group called The People's Lobby approaches him, and Frankie Leith (Judy Davis) is among those who draw him in. Ian Sharp builds the film around a plan to seize several American dignitaries, and what it asks of Skellen is whether a man can stay loyal to an order he is forbidden to acknowledge.
