Who Killed Teddy Bear?

Lt. Dave Madden (Jan Murray) is a hard-bitten New York detective who takes on a case alone. It starts when Norah Dain (Juliet Prowse), a nightclub deejay, gets a string of obscene phone calls, and he finds himself closer to her than a cop should be. Joseph Cates shoots Times Square and 42nd Street in their seedy years, a world where desire, pornography and voyeurism are never far apart.
