Sheriff Hall (Bud Spencer) is back, still looking after H7-25 (Cary Guffey), the small alien boy who now goes by Charlie Warren and still has no idea how to keep a low profile. Michele Lupo sends them from one scrape to the next, and the military won't leave them alone. H7-25's father has already pulled them out of trouble too many times, and the sheriff just wants a quiet life.
