“Family Comes First”

After a car accident kills her mother, 17-year-old Ida (Sandra Guldberg Kampp) moves in with her estranged aunt Bodil (Sidse Babett Knudsen) and Bodil's grown sons. The house is full of touch and affection, with everyone piled together, but the family's living comes from violent, criminal work outside its walls. Jeanette Nordahl films the household up close and keeps the crime at the edges of the frame.
