Willie Dynamite
“Ain't no one crosses WILLIE "D." He's tight, together, and mean. Chicks, Chumps, he uses 'em all. He's got to be Number-One.”
In 1970s New York City, Willie (Roscoe Orman) is a pimp who rose to the top of the trade fast and is now sliding toward the bottom just as quickly. Cora (Diana Sands), a social worker and a former prostitute herself, keeps turning up in his world, trying to move him and the women who work for him toward a different life. Gilbert Moses sets the two against each other, and the pull between them is stubborn and wary.
