Winning

(1969)Directed by James Goldstone123 minAction, Drama
“Winning is... everything.”

Frank Capua (Paul Newman) is a rising driver on the racing circuit, and the Indianapolis 500 is the one win he wants. His wife Elora (Joanne Woodward) and her son Charley (Richard Thomas) live around his schedule, and the rival Lou Erding (Robert Wagner) is already close to them. James Goldstone sets this between the track and the home, where chasing a single goal means asking the people you love to wait.
