Winter Kills

(1979)Directed by William Richert97 minDrama, Mystery, Thriller, Comedy
“Something funny is happening in WINTER KILLS. Take it seriously!”

Nick Kegan (Jeff Bridges) wants to know who killed his older brother, the President, nineteen years ago. A dying man claims he was the real shooter, and the trail leads Nick to his father, Pa Kegan (John Huston), the family patriarch. William Richert directs this adaptation of Richard Condon's novel as a black comedy, setting the paranoia beside the strange cast of characters Nick meets.
