Winter's Tale

“This is not a true story. It's a love story.”

Peter Lake (Colin Farrell), a burglar, breaks into a mansion to rob it and finds Beverly Penn (Jessica Brown Findlay), an heiress who is dying. Akiva Goldsman adapts Mark Helprin's novel, with Russell Crowe as Pearly Soames in pursuit of Peter. Peter and Beverly fall in love fast, and he is the one who will not accept that her time is short.
