“What kind of guys gamble with the boss's money, swipe a killer's Cadillac, and party on the mob's credit card?”

Harry Valentini (Danny DeVito) has spent years as a Newark errand boy for the Mob, and all he wants is a little respect from the men he runs for. His partner Moe Dickstein (Joe Piscopo) wants the same, and the two of them are as loyal as they are useless. Brian De Palma sets the pair on the run to Atlantic City, where the only thing either one can count on is the other.
