Wolf

“The animal is out.”

Will Randall (Jack Nicholson) is an aging book editor in New York, one more bad turn from being finished, when a younger colleague (James Spader) takes his job. Then a wolf bites him, and his hearing sharpens, his energy returns, and he finds himself drawn to Laura Alden (Michelle Pfeiffer). Mike Nichols builds the story on a plain, uncomfortable idea: a man gets his youth back and the price is his own animal nature.
