Women Talking

“Do nothing. Stay and fight. Leave.”

In a remote Mennonite colony, the men have gone to town, and the women have two days to decide what to do about the assaults committed against them. Sarah Polley gathers Ona (Rooney Mara), Salome (Claire Foy), Mariche (Jessie Buckley) and Agata (Judith Ivey) in a hayloft to argue over staying, fighting or leaving. August (Ben Whishaw) keeps the minutes, and the pen scratches on while the women talk.
