Wristcutters: A Love Story

“Life is a trip, but the afterlife is one hell of a ride.”

Zia (Patrick Fugit) cuts his wrists over a breakup and wakes up in an afterlife that looks a lot like his old one, only a little worse. When he hears his ex-girlfriend has followed him over, he borrows a car with Eugene (Shea Whigham) and heads out to find her. Goran Dukić sends them down a dusty road where Zia keeps wanting the one thing he already threw away.
