X-Men Origins: Wolverine

Logan and his brother Victor Creed (Liev Schreiber) are soldiers with mutant abilities who've survived a century of wars together. When Victor kills someone Logan loves, Logan seeks out Colonel Stryker (Danny Huston), a military man who promises to make him powerful enough for revenge. Stryker gives Logan an indestructible skeleton and claws, but the power may cost him everything that makes him human.
