X: The Man with the X-Ray Eyes

“Suddenly he could see through clothes, flesh… and walls!”

Dr. James Xavier (Ray Milland) has been testing a set of eye drops that he believes will stretch the range of human sight, and he decides the only fair subject is himself. Roger Corman keeps the camera close on Milland as the world around him starts to look different. Each time he puts the drops in, he can see further than before, and Xavier cannot say how much of that his mind can take.
