Coles (Mark Ruffalo) is a man in his twenties who falls into a three-way relationship with Sam (Maya Stange) and Thea (Kathleen Robertson), two friends he can't choose between. Austin Chick follows the three of them through college parties and shared nights, then jumps ahead ten years to find what the arrangement left behind. The risk is the friendship itself, which none of them can keep once the lines between them blur.
