“New Years Eve, 1999. The last party before...”

Eli (Jaeden Martell) and his friend Danny (Julian Dennison) sneak into a New Year's Eve party in 1999, hoping the night will finally make them people someone notices. Kyle Mooney sends them through the house in a crush of costumes and cheap beer, with Laura (Rachel Zegler) somewhere in the crowd. Eli goes in a nobody and wants, more than anything, to be seen before midnight.
