Yellow Sky

In 1867, a gang robs a bank and rides into the desert, and when the water runs out they find a ghost town called Yellow Sky with only two people left in it. James "Stretch" Dawson (Gregory Peck) leads the men, and the young woman who meets them with a gun, Mike (Anne Baxter), has no use for any of them. William A. Wellman keeps her wary standoff with Stretch at the center, a distrust between two people.
