DCP Sathyadev (Ajith Kumar) is a police officer on a career break, until a young woman named Thenmozhi (Anushka Shetty) becomes the target of an organ harvesting ring. The man running it is a ghost from his past, and Sathyadev has to put his cop shoes back on. Gautham Vasudev Menon, closing his police trilogy, keeps him moving through the case, a man who cannot walk away from someone in danger.
