You Can't Get Away with Murder

“AMERICA'S TWO-FISTER ANSWER to the Gun-Mad Rats Who Rule the Underworld!”

Johnny Stone (Billy Halop) wants to be a big man, and he thinks Frank Wilson (Humphrey Bogart), a petty thug with a ready smile, is the way to get there. Wilson uses a gun taken from Johnny's sister Madge (Gale Page)'s fiancé to kill a pawnbroker, and the fiancé is sent to the death house at Sing Sing. Lewis Seiler follows Johnny and Wilson inside the prison walls, where Wilson keeps leaning on the boy to stay quiet.
