You'll Like My Mother

“Run Francesca! Run for your life!”

A Minnesota winter closes in on a house where Francesca Kinsolving (Patty Duke), a pregnant widow from Los Angeles, has come to meet her late husband's mother. Mrs. Kinsolving (Rosemary Murphy) greets her coldly, and a blizzard leaves the two women shut in together. Lamont Johnson keeps Francesca at the center, alone and heavy with child, as the family's secrets start to surface around her.
