Young Detective Dee: Rise of the Sea Dragon

In the early reign of Empress Wu (Carina Lau), a sea monster stalks the imperial capital at night and leaves the streets unsafe. Young Dee Renjie (Mark Chao You-ting) arrives to take up a judge's post, hoping to become a prosecutor, and is pulled into the hunt alongside the fierce detective Yuchi Zhenjin (William Feng). Tsui Hark shot it in 3D, but underneath is a plain wish: to be taken seriously by a city that doesn't yet know his name.
