Young Ones

“In a future without water, vengeance will rain.”

Ernest Holm (Michael Shannon) farms a dry stretch of land in a future where water is scarce, and he keeps hoping the soil can be brought back. His daughter Mary (Elle Fanning) has a boyfriend, Flem Lever (Nicholas Hoult), who has his own plans for the property. Jake Paltrow sets the story among the Holms, with the farm, the land and the hope of rain all at stake.
