Young Washington

“250 years of history begins with one man.”

George Washington (William Franklyn-Miller) is a young surveyor and militia officer in colonial Virginia, untested and uncertain of his place. His commander Robert Dinwiddie (Ben Kingsley) orders him into the wilderness to confront the French, a mission that will force him to lead men into battle before he understands what that costs. Washington must find his footing between his mother's expectations (Mary-Louise Parker) and the weight of command.
