Youngblood

“The ice... The fire... The fight... To be the best.”

Dean Youngblood (Rob Lowe) is a gifted young hockey player who wants only one thing, a shot at the pros, and he has a season in a Canadian minor-league town to get the scouts to notice him. Peter Markle puts him on a team that expects him to fight when pushed, while he falls for the coach's daughter, Jessie (Cynthia Gibb). The question underneath is how much a player has to be willing to hit before anyone will look at how well he skates.
