Your Friends & Neighbors

“A modern immorality tale.”

Nobody in this circle of friends seems to remember how they got so bored with each other. Mary (Amy Brenneman) is a writer who finds her marriage to Barry (Aaron Eckhart) unsatisfying, and she turns to Jerry (Ben Stiller), a theater professor married to her friend Terri. Neil LaBute writes the two couples and their two friends, Cary and Cheri, with a flat politeness that makes every conversation feel like a closed door.
