Your Monster

“Love can be a beast.”

Laura Franco (Melissa Barrera) is a soft-spoken actress whose life has come apart after a cancer diagnosis and a painful breakup. She moves back into her childhood home, where a monster (Tommy Dewey) turns out to be living in her closet, frightening and strangely charming. Caroline Lindy, expanding her own 2019 short, makes the closet a place where a musical-theater performer can start to sing again.
