Z for Zachariah

“After the end of the world she thought she was alone. She was wrong.”

Ann Burden (Margot Robbie) has spent a long time alone in her valley after a nuclear war, farming what she can and half believing she is the last woman alive. Then a scientist, John Loomis (Chiwetel Ejiofor), walks in, sick from radiation and worn thin by his search for other people. Craig Zobel keeps the two of them circling each other across the farm, a careful trust held between them, until a stranger named Caleb (Chris Pine) arrives.
