Zelary

In occupied Czechoslovakia, a nurse named Eliška (Anna Geislerová) and her surgeon lover work for the resistance, and then someone finds them out. He runs, and she has to vanish. A man whose life she once saved, Joza (György Cserhalmi), offers the only door left: she hides as his wife in Želary, a mountain village that time forgot a century and a half ago. Ondřej Trojan lets her take a new name there, and if the secret slips, the war reaches her.
