Bauaa Singh (Shah Rukh Khan) is a short, restless bachelor in Meerut who has been turned down for marriage so often that the whole town knows it. Then two very different women enter his life: Aafiya Yusufzai Bhinder (Anushka Sharma), a scientist with cerebral palsy, and Babita Kumari (Katrina Kaif), a film superstar. Aanand L. Rai makes a love story about being measured against other people's expectations, and about finding out what counts as enough.
