Zero Woman: Red Handcuffs

In Japan in 1974, Rei (Miki Sugimoto) is a police agent known as Zero, stripped of her badge and locked in prison after she kills a rapist her own way. Then a rich politician's daughter is kidnapped by a ruthless gang, and Rei is let out on one condition: go undercover, find the girl, bring her home. Yukio Noda gives her a pair of red handcuffs, and they are the only bright thing in the grain.
